分居東、西區第二的暴龍和馬刺4日正面對決，沒想到結果卻是一面倒，馬刺在上半場就早早將勝負定調，全隊12名球員皆有分數進帳，終場便以110比82大勝暴龍。

馬刺開局8分鐘後便以26比10取得大幅領先，從此便未再給暴龍任何機會，團隊籃球球風依舊流暢，馬刺全場共傳出32次助攻，更以54％的命中率投進13記三分球，讓暴龍是防不勝防。

Kawhi Leonard上場28分鐘便進帳全隊最高25分，LaMarcus Aldridge拿下23分，兩人上半場便聯手拿下38分，僅比暴龍全隊得分少3分而已。

不僅進攻了得，馬刺此役防守也毫不含糊，讓暴龍全場命中率僅37％，僅有DeMar DeRozan維持水準攻下26分，另一得分大將Kyle Lowry投9僅中2，拿下6分創下本季個人新低。

「他們（馬刺）狠狠地踢了我們的屁股、教訓了我們一頓。」Lowry賽後如此表示。

至於暴龍總教練Dwane Casey則如此稱讚馬刺：「這是一支冠軍級隊伍的表現！」
